Holiday Itinerary

Day 1: We travel to our hotel.

Day 2: Today we travel to Lyme Regis and West Bay. This area forms part of the Jurassic Coast, however that's not its only claim to fame as more recently West Bay was used as a location in the TV drama series Broadchurch. We spend time in both of these popular resorts.

Day 3: Today we have free time in Yeovil before we take you to Perry's Cider Museum to soak up the atmosphere of a real working cider mill, check out the local foods, drinks, gift and art in the farm shop, or just stock up on your favourite ciders which can all be tasted before buying. There is also a small museum on site - housed in the original 16th century thatched cider barn where the company first started from. A delicious cream tea is also included.

Day 4: We start today with a visit to the pretty town of Sidmouth where we have time to explore at leisure or perhaps take a stroll along the seafront. We then travel to Devon's most magnificent historic gardens, Grade 1 listed Bicton Park Botanical Gardens. Spanning nearly 300 years of horticulture history, we have a chance to enjoy the colourful gardens set in Devon's picturesque Otter Valley. As well as beautiful gardens containing many rare plants, the parkland also features historic glasshouses, a countryside museum, mini golf, restaurant, shop and a woodland railway, on which we enjoy a 25 minute journey through the parkland. We finish our visit with a typical Devon cream tea, what a great way to sign-off our holiday!

Day 5: Homeward bound.
